WARRANTY TERMS

Six months limited warranty against defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for a period of six months from the original purchase date. This manufacturer’s product warranty extends to the original consumer purchaser of the product. Neither the retailer nor any other company involved in the sale or promotion of this product is a co-warrantor of this manufacturer warranty. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, improper care or alteration, or acts of God such as floods and earthquakes, etc. Disputes if any shall be subject to Pune Jurisdiction.

WARRANTY DURATION :

Six months limited warranty from the original purchase date.

WARRANTY LIMIT :

The maximum liability of the company shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid by the consumer purchaser.

PROCESS TO CLAIM WARRANTY :

In order to claim the warranty, the product must be registered on ADL website www.adlmusic.co, under Support page.
A valid Invoice of the purchase is required to claim the warranty.
It is responsibility of the purchaser to send the unit to the ADL Customer Care at purchaser's cost and risk.
Manufacturer shall deliver the replacement at its own cost, however if the delivery destination is unavailable, shipping charges will have to be borne by the purchaser.

WARRANTY COVERAGE :

Warranty is against defects in workmanship and materials under normal use.
Warranty is not applicable in case manufacturer’s Customer Care detects any physical damage to the product/misuse/destruction/battery overcharging.
Warranty is effective only if the product is purchased and operated in India and does not extend to any units which have been used in violation of written terms, which have been altered or modified or damaged products or parts thereof which have had the serial number removed, altered, defaced or rendered illegible.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS :

This warranty is in lieu of all warranties expressed or implied and no representative or person is authorized to assume for manufacturer any other liability in connection with sale of our products.
The warranty is not transferable, only the first consumer purchaser of the product is entitled to claim.
Manufacturer does not commit to provide replacement unit of the same colour/variant as that of unit being claimed.
In the event of any unforeseen circumstance, and product not being available, the company’s Replacement rules - Paid or Free - will be binding on the purchaser.
Manufacturer's Customer Care department reserves all rights to final decision regarding warranty claims.

WARRANTY PERFORMANCE :

During the above six months warranty period, a unit with defect will be either repaired or replaced with a reconditioned comparable model (at manufacturer’s option).
The repaired or replacement unit will be in warranty for the balance of the warranty period or thirty (30) days whichever is longer.

RETURN / REFUND / CANCELLATION / SHIPPING TERMS

RETURN POLICY :

If you have received the product(s) that you ordered - in damaged or defective condition or received different item than what you ordered for - you may return the same within 5 days of receiving the delivery.
To return the product(s), please follow these steps:

Contact us on Customer Care email (customercare@adlmusic.co) and/or phone (+91 8237335566).

Email us the pictures of damaged/defective/wrong product(s) received. Please ensure the defect/ damage is clearly visible in the picture.

Depending on your location, we may arrange to pick up the unit from you. In case we are unable to arrange, we may need you to arrange the same.

You are required to return the product with its original packaging, invoice, tags, components, and accessories. Please pack the product in the packaging carefully.

We will refund your money or send you replacement after we receive the product from you.

Please note –

  • The refund is subject to the product condition and our policy.
  • Products below Rs.200/- are not covered under Return/Refund/Cancellation policies.
  • Product(s) ordered during sale events such as Festival Sale (any festival), Valentine’s Day are not eligible for Cancellations.
  • If you are required to arrange the return courier/ post, we shall reimburse that expense to the limit of Rs.120/-



REFUND POLICY :

We will process the refund through the approved payment gateway such as PayU Money. They will pay directly into your online bank account.

Refund will be credited to your account between 7 to 21 working days from the date of approval of refund request.

Please ensure that the bank account, using which you paid for the order, is active.

We currently do not have COD option.

CANCELLATION POLICY :

ADL allows its customers to cancel the order(s). However, cancellation must be done within 48 hours of placing the order. We will not be able to accept cancellation after 48 hours and/or after order is dispatched.

SHIPPING POLICY :

Orders placed on www.adlmusic.co are shipped free of cost in most of the cities and towns in India - for orders above Rs.250. However, there are some locations that we may not be able to service for free and may need customer to bear the shipping expense. Orders are typically shipped within 2 working days after receiving the order. We will contact you if the stock is not available.

Orders will be delivered to the customer’s registered address mentioned during placing the Order.

Orders are usually shipped through our courier partners BlueDart, DNX, Maruti. In case the courier agency delays the delivery for any reason, ADL will not take the responsibility of that delay.
